About Us

Prince of Peace Foundation Secondary School was established on 16th September, 2013 by Mrs Nnebuo Angela Chika. On inception, the school had fifteen (15) students and six (6) teaching staff. The pioneer Principal Mr Nnebuo Innocent is still the sitting Principal.
The proprietor’s objective /aim were to help Government in training Nigerian child in secondary education as her contribution to God and humanity. To achieve or make her vision a reality, she chose Okpoko _ an area where the less privileged people live. She intends to train a holistic human being where the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the child are affected positively.

On 19th November, 2013 approval inspection of the school was carried out by a team of education officers from Anambra State Ministry of Education. The school got its first approval with effect from 2013/2014 academic year. The school was upgraded with effect from 2013/2014 school year to register student for BECE and run senior secondary classes. BECE code NO. 5127 On 25th July 2017 a team of Education officers carried out WAEC/NECO Recognition inspection. Now, the school has been recognized for WAEC/NECO exams. To God be the glory.

Our vision is to give Nigerian child holistic secondary education where the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of the child are affected positively.

School’s mission:
To help the local government, state government and Federal government in training Nigeria child so as to acquire necessary literacy, skills, knowledge and morals that will enable him/her to function as good citizens of the society.
